The intake session is free and covers:
Open Conversation: You share what's been going on — your challenges, your patterns, and what you're hoping to change. I listen, ask the right questions, and begin to understand what we're truly working with.
Alignment Check: Together we assess whether hypnosis is the right fit for your situation, and whether we feel comfortable and aligned to do this work together.
This comprehensive initial session consists of two key parts:
Deep-Dive Consultation: We’ll explore the issues you’re facing, define your goals, and map out a personalized transformation plan.
Hypnotherapy Session: We’ll initiate the change at the subconscious level, preparing your mind for the shifts ahead.
Includes: Personalised between-session audio recordings, daily subconscious practices, and email support
Follow-up sessions are designed to reinforce and expand upon the changes initiated in the first session. We’ll continue to work on shifting subconscious patterns, addressing any resistance, and deepening your transformation.

Deep Dive into Beliefs & Thoughts: We’ll examine the core beliefs and thoughts rooted in past experiences that may be causing blockages, and work to resolve them for lasting change.
